Advanced musical ability in the programme subject which must be demonstrated in the audition exam
Applicants without German university entry permission must provide evidence of their German language skills through:
Language certificate B 2.2 (GER) of the Goethe Institute, ?SD, telc GmbH or TestDaF ¨C Level 4, DSD II, DSH I or UNIcert II. Language certificates must be submitted during enrolment at the latest.
Technical German language skills in music will be assessed during the music theory examination.
On muvac you can link video and audio recordings from YouTube, Vimeo, Youku and Soundcloud on your profile.
Based on the linked audio/video recordings the pre-selection is made subsequent to the application period.

Requirements Recordings
The picture detail must be such that the face, hands, arms and the entire instrument are clearly visible.
The best possible audio quality is recommended (if you have the choice: WITHOUT compression).
The recordings may not be edited within a work, but must be recorded in one piece.
Preferably one video per work and clearly named.
Requirements Repertoire
The pieces shall be chosen in accordance with the detailed requirements for the audition exam and one movement shall be recorded each.
Audition Programme
three solo pieces from three different epochs
RKM-recognized German music school and are applying to transfer to HFM are exempt from taking the exams in piano, composition, and ear training if they are able to provide a matriculation certificate/certificate of enrolment.
Participation in Junior Scholars ends at the age of 18, unless he or she has not completed their schooling. If this is the case, participation will end in the semester that he or she completes schooling.
